We have access to a range of design software, and specialise in the use of SolidWorks, a multi-functional program with a host of computer-aided design and engineering elements. Using SolidWorks, we can create 3D models and 2D detailed manufacturing drawings, tailoring our design techniques and formats to suit your needs. Core capabilities include product design, product development, prototyping and product evaluations.

Analysis

Where initial concepts and requirements are straightforward, we can swiftly transition from design to prototyping or even final production. But often the products we manufacture must be built to endure harsh and demanding environments or have to comply to specific design standards, so it is critical in these cases that we analyse the durability of both the design and the proposed materials at an early stage.

Thermal analysis: Assemblies and parts with a wide variety of materials are analysed to simulate their performance to a combination of heat load and thermal conditions.

Transient simulation: We analyse changes in material properties using time dependent loading conditions.

Thermo-mechanical analysis: In this sub-branch of thermal analysis, we study changes in the mechanical properties of materials due to thermally induced loads.
