CNC Machining

At Hyspex, our team has many years of experience in the use of computer numerical control (CNC) machining to maximise accuracy and deliver high-quality products on time. Our multi-functional automated machines are programmed to produce the parts and materials you need – most often, but not limited to, metals and plastics – all to a finely tuned specification with minimal waste.

Our design process is flexible. We can work to your drawings, or we can create our own SolidWorks design – compatible with most other kinds of design software – based on your requirements. We use this to create machined parts during the production phase, undertaking a full inspection service and providing reports and updates as required.

To maximise efficiency when working with specialist products and short lead times, we also have the ability to outsource to trusted collaborators for specific parts and expertise. Once these parts are shipped to our facility, we check and sign off each product as part of our commitment to centralised quality control.

Many of our clients require components to be delivered free of contamination and ready for use in vacuum and high-oxygen environments – with our clean, hygienic facility, this is something we can support and specialise in.
