Assembly & Build

Once the design has been signed off and analysed, we are ready to move on to full-scale manufacture and assembly. That might mean production of individual components through our CNC machining and welding capabilities, or it may involve assembly of a system at a much larger scale, with a focus on fittings and the interconnections between single parts.

We offer a full in-house solution, drawing on our extensive knowledge of specialist systems that require pipework and instrumentation, including pure water, cryogenics and vacuum applications.

Specialist assembly services include:

Full pipe-fitting service, including initial routing, for a range of pipe sizes, starting from 6mm in diameter.

Manufacture and installation of super insulated vacuum lines (SIVL) for the transfer of liquids and gases for cryogenic and high-temperature applications.

Production of manifold panels.

Provision of instrumentation gas supply at low or high pressure.
